The device can be used for drying compressed air, but is particularly suitable for other gases such as N₂, O₂, CO₂, H₂, and other pressurized gases. It also has better economic indicators for special gases, thus it can be widely applied in industries such as petroleum, light industry, chemical, machinery, fiber, and electronics.

The NYRG series waste heat zero consumption gas regeneration adsorption dryer is a new generation energy-saving product developed by our company based on the YRG waste heat dryer system. After years of exploration and practical operation, we have independently developed this product. The system's drying device makes reasonable use of the waste heat energy from the compressor's second-stage exhaust to achieve thermal regeneration, and it only operates effectively when the compressor load rate is greater than 70%, fully utilizing the compressor's waste heat without consuming compressed air throughout the process.

During the heating regeneration process, it does not consume finished gas, resulting in lower overall energy consumption.

The NWRG series blower zero air consumption regenerative adsorption dryer is developed by our company based on the WRG micro-heat drying device, utilizing a blower to draw in ambient air, converting it into hot air for regeneration and internal circulation regeneration, with the entire process not consuming compressed air.

The CRG series blower micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryer is developed by our company based on the WRG micro-heat drying device. It uses a blower to draw in ambient air, converting it into hot air to regenerate the drying agent, and uses finished gas to cool and blow the regeneration tower, resulting in relatively low gas consumption.

Mildly heated regenerative adsorption dryer

The WRG series micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryer combines the advantages of thermal regeneration and non-thermal regeneration. It uses micro-heating for the regeneration gas, thereby reducing the gas consumption during regeneration and achieving energy-saving goals.
