The YRG series waste heat regeneration energy-saving dryer is developed by our company based on the WRG micro-heat drying device. After years of exploration and practical operation, it combines the characteristics of micro-heat dryers with the unique advantages of waste heat regeneration, resulting in a new generation of energy-saving products. This system's drying device makes reasonable use of the high-temperature thermal energy from the compressor's second-stage exhaust to achieve thermal regeneration. During the heating regeneration process, it does not consume finished gas, resulting in lower overall energy consumption.

The YRG series waste heat regeneration energy-saving dryer is developed by our company based on the WRG micro-heat drying device. After years of exploration and practical operation, it combines the characteristics of micro-heat dryers with the unique advantages of waste heat regeneration, resulting in a new generation of energy-saving products. This system's drying device makes reasonable use of the high-temperature thermal energy from the compressor's second-stage exhaust to achieve thermal regeneration. During the heating regeneration process, it does not consume finished gas, resulting in lower overall energy consumption.

· Inlet temperature: ≥110℃

· Standard working pressure: 0.2~1.0Mpa (special pressures can be customized)

· Processing gas volume: 50~600Nm3/min

· Pressure dew point: -50℃

· Regeneration gas consumption: 1.5%

· Regeneration method: electric heater or steam heater

· Working cycle: 4 hours (standard type)

· Working mode: PLC or DCS fully automatic, continuous operation

· Pressure drop: 0.05Mpa

· Adsorbent: specially made high-efficiency activated alumina + specially made high-efficiency molecular sieve
