Regenerative drying system

The NRG series regenerative air dryer (internal circulation regenerative drying device) has the biggest feature of no regeneration air consumption and no waste gas discharge, resulting in no noise and no pollution to the ambient air, making it a typical 'green dryer'. The device can be used for drying compressed air, but is particularly suitable for other gases such as N₂, O₂, CO₂, H₂, and other pressurized gases. It also has better economic indicators for special gases, thus it can be widely applied in industries such as petroleum, light industry, chemical, machinery, fiber, and electronics.

The NRG series regenerative dryer (internal circulation regenerative drying device) is characterized by no consumption of regeneration gas and no waste gas discharge, resulting in no noise and no pollution to the ambient air, making it a typical "green dryer." The device can be used for drying compressed air and is particularly suitable for other gases such as N₂, O₂, CO₂, H₂, and other pressurized gases. It also has better economic indicators for special gases, thus it can be widely applied in petroleum, light industry, chemical industry, machinery, fiber, electronics, and other operations.

This device consists of 7 individual units, which are connected by pipelines and valves and installed on the same base. The automatic working cycle of the entire system is fully controlled by a PLC. It is designed for continuous operation, achieving optimal performance under stable input and output conditions, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation with a constant flow rate.
