The dust collector consists of a single filter along with corresponding valves and instruments. The filter is equipped with a specially designed high-efficiency metal filter element or filter bag.
The airflow containing dust enters the device through the inlet. The dust-laden airflow passes through the filter bag or metal filter element, capturing dust through the effects of particle collision, interception, diffusion, and screening. Dust particles ≥1μm are removed, and the purified airflow exits from the filter bag to the outlet on the top cover of the device, achieving dust removal.
When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the PLC or DCS controls the pulse valve to open for backflushing and regeneration of the filter. This filter uses a grouped backflushing method, with each backflushing valve controlling a filter bag or metal filter element. During backflushing, normal filtration is maintained, and there is no pressure fluctuation in the pipeline. During backflushing, nitrogen is first introduced to reverse flush the filter bag or metal filter element, fully discharging the dust cake intercepted on the outer surface of the filter bag or metal filter element, effectively regenerating the filter bag or metal filter element. Then, backflushing and regeneration are sequentially performed on other controlled filter bags or metal filter elements. After all groups of filter bags or metal filter elements have been backflushed according to the program, the differential pressure returns to the initial value, allowing the device to operate continuously without interruption. Periodically, manually open the dust discharge valve to remove the dust from the bottom of the tank.
