Steam heater

The steam heater uses steel-aluminum composite finned tubes as the main heat exchanger component. Due to the use of advanced composite technology, there is basically no contact thermal resistance at temperatures below 210 degrees inside the tube. The steam heater combines the pressure resistance of steel pipes with the high thermal conductivity of aluminum, resulting in excellent heat transfer performance, while also avoiding direct contact between the steel pipe and air, effectively improving corrosion resistance. Since the fins are wrinkle-free, the air resistance is lower than that of coiled types. The steam heater products also have advantages such as being less prone to water accumulation, easy to clean, compact structure, and large unit heat transfer area.
