The use of screw air compressors is becoming more and more common, and the maintenance of air compressors needs more and more. Let's introduce the maintenance items that need to be paid attention to after the new screw air compressor is put into operation.
Maintenance items after the new machine is put into operation for 300h ~ 500h: oil change and oil change filter, air filter element cleaning, leakage and looseness inspection, oil storage barrel drainage, motor body cleaning, belt tightness inspection and transmission device inspection, motor temperature rise, current and host sound inspection.
Maintenance items after 2000h after the new machine is put into operation: check for leakage and looseness, discharge of oil storage drum, body cleaning, pressure difference of oil and gas separator, radiator cleaning, manual check for safety valve (pull rod), belt tightness and transmission device check, motor temperature rise, current and host sound check.
Maintenance items every 6 months or 4000h: oil change and oil change filter, air filter element cleaning, oil and gas separator filter element (or pressure difference exceeding 0.08MPa), leakage and looseness inspection, oil storage barrel drainage, motor body cleaning, oil and gas separation pressure difference, radiator cleaning, manual inspection of safety valve (pull rod), lubricating oil exchange of motor and cooling fan bearings, electrical insulation and contact condition inspection, motor temperature rise, current, host sound inspection.
Maintenance items every 12 months or 8000h: oil change and oil change filter, air filter element cleaning, oil and gas separator filter element (or pressure difference exceeds 0.08MPa), leakage and looseness inspection, oil storage barrel drainage, motor body cleaning, oil and gas separation pressure difference, radiator cleaning, lubricating oil change for motor and cooling fan bearings, electrical insulation and contact condition inspection, safety protection device inspection, circulation system and control system aging inspection, the safety valve and pressure gauge shall be checked or replaced by the production department specified by the state, the pressure controller, solenoid valve, minimum pressure valve, temperature controller, intake valve and transmission device shall be checked or replaced, the electrical general gate shall be checked, the motor temperature rise, current and host sound shall be checked, and the reliability of the safety device shall be checked.
The above maintenance items should be strictly implemented by users. The maintenance time is different for different brands of air compressors. The most reasonable maintenance time is still formulated by users after summarizing the operating status of the air compressor.
