The YRG waste heat regeneration energy-saving dryer is a new generation energy-saving product developed by our company based on the WRG micro-heat drying device. After years of exploration and practical operation, it combines the characteristics of micro-heat dryers with the unique advantages of waste heat regeneration. This system utilizes the high-temperature thermal energy from the compressor's second-stage exhaust for thermal regeneration. As long as the compressor load rate is greater than 70%, this equipment can operate reliably. It fully utilizes the waste heat from the compressor, eliminating the power consumption of traditional external heating dryers, such as electric heaters, fans, and steam machines, achieving zero power consumption for external heat regeneration. Additionally, it improves the environment and reduces noise.

The control system of this equipment uses a highly reliable PLC programmable controller. It allows for adjustable operating parameters, fully automatic control, convenient operation, and reliable performance. The control can achieve automatic dew point testing, display, and control.
