The WFG series micro-flow regenerative air dryer is based on organic combination of freeze dryers and adsorption dryers, fully integrating the advantages of zero gas consumption of the refrigeration unit and deep adsorption of the adsorption dryer. Through secondary drying, it meets the requirements of low gas consumption and low dew point.

· Standard working pressure: 0.2~1.0Mpa (custom pressures available)
· Processing gas volume: 1~600Nm3/min
· Pressure dew point: -75℃
· Regeneration gas consumption: 10%
· Regeneration method: electric heater or steam heater
· Working cycle: 4 hours (standard type)
· Working mode: PLC or DCS fully automatic, continuous operation
· Pressure drop: 0.05Mpa
· Adsorbent: specially made high-efficiency activated alumina + specially made high-efficiency molecular sieve
