The WQZ series non-thermal regeneration adsorption dryer uses the principle of pressure swing adsorption for adsorption and desorption, achieving a stable pressure dew point and fully dried compressed air. A small portion of compressed air is consumed during the process to regenerate the desiccant.
This dryer adopts special measures to provide continuous air supply during the switching of drying towers, avoiding any interruption in air supply. It also prevents the impact of airflow on the adsorbent during the switching moment.

· Standard working pressure: 0.2~1.0Mpa (special pressure can be customized)
· Processing gas volume: 1~600Nm3/min
· Pressure dew point: -70℃
· Regeneration gas consumption: 10%
· Regeneration method: electric heater or steam heater
· Working cycle: 5-10min (standard type)
· Working mode: PLC or DCS fully automatic, continuous operation
· Pressure drop: 0.05Mpa
· Adsorbent: specially made high-efficiency activated alumina + specially made high-efficiency molecular sieve
